Shipping Information
We’re excited to get your order to you! All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. After your order has shipped, Bullfrogs & Frills Children’s Boutique IS NOT responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
Shipping Notes:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
- Local pickup is available for customers in our area. To arrange pickup, please email us at sales@bullfrogs-frills.com or use the Contact Us form, and we will provide instructions.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! If your purchase isn’t exactly what you wanted, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:
Return Window:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Item Condition:
- Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with tags attached, and purchased at full price.
- Original packaging must be included, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, seasonal/holiday items, personalized products, socks, hats, bloomers, and electronics are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Store Credit:
- Eligible returns will receive store credit (unless otherwise discussed) for the value of the returned item.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please email sales@bullfrogs-frills.com or fill out the Contact Us form with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Important:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
